Change to Data Access from 10th Jan 2025
To ensure the security and safety of applicants data, an additional authentication step is being implemented within the system from 10th Jan 2025.
This added layer of security will help protect your personal information and prevent unauthorised access to your account.
How will this affect you?
Starting from 10th Jan 2025 you will need to access an additional security step when you want to Upload Documents or Submit a Change of Circumstances Form through your Homeseeker Plus account.
To access either of these features, you will need to generate a code which will be sent to your email or mobile phone. You will need to make note of this code and enter it back into the website.
Once this has been completed, you can Upload Documents and Submit a Change of Circumstances Form as normal.
Why is this change required?
Two factor authentication adds an additional level of protection to your personal data, making it much harder for anyone without permission to access your account data or submit misleading/fraudulent/distressing documents through your account.
By enabling this procedure, it ensures that even if someone gained access to your username and password without permission, they would still be unable to access your data.
